I am just throwing ideas and the decision at the end is left to you

What I wanted to say is that it is difficult to learn english without builiding the vocabulary and listening sessions.

Listening sessions are not practical here but what I suggest is :
to start with the audience from zero

you might start with explaining the pronouns such as I, you and what do they mean in arabic

then you might list some words(the object) and thier corresponding meaning in arabic such as car, apple, orange, etc.

third step should be how to make a sentence using the pronoun and the object and using to be verbs

This might be follow for first two or three sessions because these are the basics. when these are understood what is coming would be easy.
